Cycling Club
Founded in 1890 as a "racing" club, the Cycling Club today numbers 175 New York Athletic Club cyclists with skill levels from novice to national and Olympic racers. The diverse membership is now comprised of many different types of cyclists, including touring cyclists, mountain bikers, triathletes and racers. The Club organizes many biking events such as the annual tour from New York City to Travers

Island, a Century Ride and Margarita Tour in the Hamptons, and a trip to the Killington Triathlon. Cycling members are also given the use of the bicycle storage room at the City House, complete with travel case, work stand and tools. Socially, the Club hosts many dinner/cocktail parties from March through November.
